My only gripe is that when my family eats in my husband usually needs to use the bathroom before we leave. He has IBS (TMI) and when he needs to go, he needs to go. With that said, when we ate there 2 weeks ago the men's bathroom stall was out of service. Fine, things happen with toilets. But imagine our surprise when we go back 2 weeks later that same toilet was out of order. I'm pretty sure that's a code violation, not to mention the inconvenience and impact that it has on someone who has an urgency due to a health concern. Not cool at all, CHIK FIL A. The Health department will be notified.
- TCThunder CloudMar 26, 20261.0Well, I guess it's goodbye,good ridins. Our order total was $40 something. However they don't accept bills over $50. All I had was $100. No credit cards with me, just cash. Apparently my clean earned cash is not good enough to compete with EBT cards. Beware if you're cash only customers. We left the order with them to ponder why they choose out on the American currency. Couldn't believe that a big business like them doesn't have enough cash in their till to change a $100 paper bill. We will make sure our family, relatives, friends, neighbors, co-workers and everyone else we know will #boycott this food establishment.
