    Drive through woman was real crabby and impatient. They asked us what kind of sides, got the fries wrong. Couldn't even cut my French dip sandwich. Maybe hire people that take pride in there job

    was driving by and saw the signs for the Apple Pie Shake and Peach Roll Ups, two of my husband’s favorites, and thought it would be a fun surprise for him. I waited in line for about 15 minutes before ordering. I ordered the box meal (which apparently you can’t upgrade), so I added the Apple Pie Shake and Peach Roll Ups on the side. After paying, I was asked to pull forward and wait for the shake. About 15 minutes later, I’m assuming the manager came out and said the shake machine was down and asked if I wanted something else or my money back. Looking back, I probably should have taken the refund. Instead, I asked for a roast beef sandwich with cheese. She asked again what I wanted, and I repeated roast beef with cheese before receiving the replacement. When I got home, my food was ice cold from all the waiting. The replacement sandwich didn’t even have cheese on it, and the bread was hard. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since it started as a simple surprise for my husband.
