  Do they really call this "fast food"—having to wait an hour in line at the drive-thru? I’ve worked in fast food for years, and the only explanation I have is that the manager of this store—or the employees—are completely incompetent. There is no other explanation. It is unacceptable for them to toy with people's time like this. This was truly a miserable experience. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!

  Drive thru guy at the window never said anything to me, just puts his hand out to get my card when i pulled up. Dropped the card while he was giving it back to me. Hands me my food without saying anything at all and shuts it the window lol weirdo

  Its a fast food taco place. Its good if we want something quick and relatively inexpensive. I usually only drive thru. Super busy place usually. Servers tend to be brisk and in a hurry. But you order tacos and you get tacos so its what's expected.

  Ordered via the app at 6:50pm (Tuesday evening). It’s 7:53pm and I still don’t have my food. Big heads up to anyone who regrettably chooses to spend their money here: if you’re ordering on the app, select drive through at check out because I 100% would not have been waiting this long.

  We have been waiting about 25 minutes at the Lake Stevens Taco Bell and have seen 4 employees leave to use the restroom and everyone behind the counter are moving extremely slow. It looks lile all the care about is the drive through.
