- JJJKSTORY1 day ago1.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My family and I visited this Subway this morning, and the way we were treated by an older employee was absolutely unacceptable. The behavior was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It felt like we were being looked down on and intentionally treated poorly for no reason. No one goes to a place like this expecting to be insulted or made to feel uncomfortable, especially with family present. This went far beyond bad service — it was outright disrespect. Honestly, even one star feels far too generous for this experience. That’s how bad it was. If this is the level of service this location allows, then people in the community should seriously consider avoiding this place altogether. I will not be returning, and I strongly hope management takes responsibility and addresses this, because this was completely unacceptable.
- CCChloe1 day ago1.0I should have listened to my friend. They told me not to go but I went anyway since it’s close to my house. As soon as I walked in, I wasn’t even greeted, and the staff seemed upset the entire time. A very elderly man was working, so I didn’t say anything.
