She saw I was upset about an order I made and she went out of her way to fix the issue and make it right. Without even asking, she did what she could to make me a happy customer and I SO APPRECIATE her wonderful customer service and I hope that she is recognized for the effort she made. Thank you Melissa for making my birthday be a good one! The cupcakes were delish!!!
