Tonight was the last straw. Last four times I have ordered they have screwed up my order and I have found out after arriving at home. One shouldn’t have to open up their entire order piece by piece to confirm accuracy … it is just lack of caring on the employees part. I tried to call several times and it took four calls before someone actually answered. When I asked him how they address special orders that are placed the manager hung up on me. Upon further inspection, not only was there a ton of mayo on my burger, but it was cold and apparent that it had been made earlier and just sitting there, completely unappetizing. The double burger that we had ordered ended up having a stringy wrapper (I’m hoping that’s all that it was) of some sort in it. The fries were cold and gross … literally the only thing that was eatable was the Frosty and the Coke. $50 in food that all went in the garbage !!! Do better !!!

A guy answered and they took three other orders while I was still sitting there waiting and would never even answer. Me place is terrible for Service. I finally just drove off

Used to go all the time until they got proud of their sauces, fries come with nothing at any size and if you get more than 2 sauces aperently any time more costs 50 cents per additional. Hope other companies get more sucess because of it. As it is, food is 1 star because it needs sauces but they don't seem to think it does and terrible online deals
