  A little while ago, the staff at this location sold me a coupon book which included a coupon for a $1.99 kids meal. When I went back to use that coupon they refused to honor it and said the kids meal I ordered was too expensive. No where on the coupon did it have a price limit (the kids meal I ordered was about $6), it was not expired, and I read it ahead of time to make sure that I was not outside of any other restrictions. I told them that they were the ones that had sold me the coupon but they didn’t care. I know I’m not talking about a very large amount of money, but it is so incredibly scummy to scam people out of their money during a time when they depend on saving a few dollars like this to feed their families. Even worse they do it under the guise of philanthropy.

  Went there tonight to get food for the family and was in line for 45 minutes for a mobile order the manager had an attitude practically threw our food at us out the window and still didn’t get our whole order. When we called to ask what we could do no one answered. I did not want to wait another 45 minutes with a cranky toddler in the car nor go in with her

  Went tonight with my fiancé . Food was good until I had a hair in my mouth when I took a bite🤢🤮. Ew it was so disgusting I literally feel like I have to throw up.

  I never want to be that guy, but after repeated errors, I’m going to be that guy. I don’t know if it’s just my luck, but the last four times I’ve ordered food here, dine-in or drive through, they consistently mess up my order. First three I got corrected, but after last night, I’m just going to go to BK or Carls Jr. from now on. Ordered a simple Son of Baconator, told them twice NO MAYO (I can’t eat eggs) and add pickle. Drive through attendant also confirmed the same thing twice. The cashier at the pay window confirmed the same thing: no mayo, add pickle. Get my order, drive home, open the wrapper, and what do I see, NO PICKLE, EXTRA FREAKING MAYO. I’ve worked fast food, and it’s not hard to read a gd screen with instructions, even when it’s busy. Don’t know if the crew is new or what, but seeing that a vast majority were teenagers, this repeated screw up really doesn’t surprise me.

  I would give it more stars but every time I go there, the french fries are dark and greasy than they should be. They are either not changing the oil properly or leaving them in too long. The sandwich I had was fine. The service was quick and friendly.
