Fries don't come with any condiments. Used to go all the time until they got proud of their sauces, fries come with nothing at any size and if you get more than 2 sauces aperently any time more costs 50 cents per additional. Hope other companies get more sucess because of it. As it is, food is 1 star because it needs sauces but they don't seem to think it does and terrible online deals

Employees must have been having a bad day, weird attitudes all around. Ordered tenders for my kid and they were horrible. Soggy, breading falling off completely. Waste of time and money.

I used to go to this Wendy’s at least once or twice a week, but I’m no longer going to be a regular. I’m a very busy guy and I own a business in Seattle and I was on a super time crunch the man at the window said they’re all out of sauce for the burritos. I told him that’s fine. Anything else I just needed food and he still made me the burrito by the time I got the food I was out of time. Otherwise I was gonna be late to work. Really disappointed and hungry right now on my way to work with an empty stomach this morning. So I left the burrito there. This may sound petty, but when you tell somebody you don’t want something and they give it to you anyways I think that’s right to be upset when I have a life and I have places to be

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there tonight (12/19/25) around 11:45 pm. Iorder some Jr bacon cheeseburgers and doublestacks. First off my Jr bacon cheeseburgers had no bacon on any of them. Then I go to eat my double stack and its super cold, as I go to inspect it I notice that it is not just pink but raw. When I went back an got my refund the manager on duty (older lady with gray hair, Karen I think is her name) I asked for my money back an to get my food replaced seeing as how thats a health violation, she proceeds to tell me that "You want that even thought it was raw"? Like yeah im still hungry an want what i ordered. But instead she mocked me to the point my wife said her negativity is why she has a bunch of negative reviews over the way she treats customers and slammed the window in my wifes face. This was poorly handled. As a manager you should tell your crew that mistakes were made and a customer needs to be taken care of, please do this right. This is most definitely a quick way to get a health inspection. And this manager needs some serious training. Also more training for your line crew. I could hear them in the back from the window playing around in the talking throwing food an other things at each other. Serious health risk and that's how EColi starts and spreads.

This morning, I arrived at your drive-thru and waited for several minutes without receiving any acknowledgment, including no greeting, order prompt, or recorded message indicating that the location was closed or temporarily unavailable.
In the meantime, additional vehicles joined the line behind me, with customers presumably waiting for service. As I drove away, I noticed that the interior lights were on and employees were present inside the store.
I understand that staffing challenges may have arisen due to the storm last night, and I appreciate the difficulties your team may be facing under such circumstances. However, it would be greatly appreciated if a brief announcement could be made—either in person or via a recorded message—to inform drive-thru customers that the location is not currently serving orders. This small courtesy would help prevent confusion and unnecessary waiting.
