Placed a mobile order 25 min before I got there. Waited in the drive thru for almost 15 min, got to the window and had the food in another 5 min. This is the slowest Taco Bell in the area

$30 for 8 regular tacos and a cheese tortilla roll for my dog was a little too expensive for my blood

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Taco Bell was extremely disappointing. The service was slow despite the restaurant not being busy, and the staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it up, the response was dismissive rather than helpful. The food quality itself was below expectations—items were poorly assembled, ingredients tasted stale, and the presentation was careless. Cleanliness was also an issue, with tables left dirty and trash bins overflowing. Overall, this experience did not meet even basic standards for fast food. I would not recommend this location unless significant improvements are made in both customer service and quality control.

This is the SLOWEST fast food place I have ever been too. I waited 35+ minutes in the line before I even got to order. There is always a HUGE line all the way to grocery outlet. It’s like there’s toddlers working in there. They are always just standing around doing nothing!!!!!

I have genuinely never witnessed someone choose such a bizarre hill to die on… over SODA. I went through the drive-thru and simply asked which drink was comparable to Sprite since they clearly didn't have their drinks marked on the order board. I was told Sierra Mist because it’s the “Pepsi version of Sprite.” Fair enough. Except when I said it didn’t taste the same, this kid doubled down like he was defending a PhD thesis in carbonated beverages. He would NOT let it go. Full debate mode. Over lemon-lime soda. Sir. It is not that deep. I was ready to just order a taco when he hits me with: “Go to McDonald’s if you want Sprite — we don’t sell Coke products here.” EXCUSE ME?? Since when is basic customer service replaced with drive-thru attitude and beverage gatekeeping? I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t demanding. I asked a normal question and got sarcasm and snark like I personally insulted the Pepsi corporation. Customer service here is apparently extinct, and somehow that’s just… acceptable now? Wild. Absolutely wild. If debating soda brands with a teenager who thinks Sierra Mist and Sprite are “identical” sounds like your thing, this is your spot. If not, prepare to be talked to like you’re the problem for having taste buds.
