He laughed in my face when I told him he needed to stop being rude. He then pretended that he didn't hear me and started laughing some more. He needs a serious attitude adjustment and be relieved of his duties. You are in customer service not another job. Hope management sees this and does something. He is absolutely not customer service concerned and wouldn't want to even work here with someone who is rude and not at all respectful.

I called him at least 5 times and even rang the call bell a few times but the guy didn’t come out. When I went back and asked him, he behaved rudely and asked me to step back. I was just inquiring about my pizza order which was lying on the shelf and I just needed their consent to pick it up. I won’t order at this store again.
