  Fairly regularly messes up orders, and for some reason always skimps on rice. People there are great but orders are not consistent

  Why would you have rice/beans next to meat as if the meat is almost ready to slip into the rice/beans. Can you not move rice to somewhere else may be next to the greens. Employees use same gloves and sometimes the same spatula to serve Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food. People have cultural restrictions and I wish at-least the restaurants respect them.

  I generally appreciate visiting this Chipotle location due to the courteous and accommodating staff, as well as their punctuality. However, in the past two weeks, I have encountered RAW CHICKEN in my burrito and bowl on three separate occasions. The chicken is exceptionally chewy, has a deep red color, and emits a distinct odor of rawness from outside the foil-wrapped burrito. Initially, I attributed these incidents to potential mistakes. However, the occurrence of raw chicken in three out of two weeks suggests that some of the cooks may not be adhering to the established guidelines. Despite my overall positive experience with this location and my infrequent issues, I feel compelled to provide this feedback to ensure that the staff is reviewing batches to identify and rectify these fallbacks. I am writing this review with the intention of receiving feedback from someone who can review the batches to identify potential issues. However, I must express my disappointment in leaving a one-star rating because raw meat should not be an issue with food standards in 2026.

  I’ve had good experiences here before, but today wasn’t one of them. The person serving my food kept adding meat and then taking it back off, which felt unsanitary. I hope this location improves training and food handling practices.
