  Hey check it out.. you guys are lazy…. I put in an order at 11:39. Was supposed to be here between 12:04-12:19… said order was almost here. Then 12 on the dot when you guys close my order gets Canceled.. thats bs.. horrible customer service.. if I would’ve known that I could of picked it up before you guys closed..

  I'm about done with this place, it's always something. I had problems trying to order online then we had problems in-store finally the girl said that they were having trouble with the new program(??) and my order is free, so I I thanked her and put $10 in the tip jar.

  Recently ordered delivery from this locator and the order was never delivered to my home. It was marked in the app as delivered and I received a confirmation message, but no order at my home. No photo to show here it might have been left. Nothing. No honest attempt to make it right.

  chelsea is a horrible person and worker, if that’s even her name whoever was working 12/22 11 pm. Anyway someone stole my order and she decided to be flat out rude instead of helpful. I’m a retail worker myself and I’ve never treated someone so rudely, no matter what kind of day i’m having. Chelsea I hope your okay mentally and seriously go to some anger management classes! A lovely older gentlemen followed me out after she flat out disrespected me and told me that he’s so sorry for the way she treated me. So thankful for him, just wish the acual employee could have the same energy lol.
