  Pets DO NOT BELONG IN RESTAURANTS!!! Walking in and seeing a very furry shedding Aussie thats clearly not a service animal near the food is not sanitary and not compliant with the health department. The 1 star would be zero if I could. Customer service was horrible, you cant even finish ordering before the employees cut you off going "IS THAT ALL" and they literally were skimping everything and had almost nothing left and were even completely out of lettuce. This is my second time coming to this location as its a 20 minute drive out of my way each way to come here. Between shitty food at full price even when they dont have everything avaliable, rude customer service and the dog in the restaurant management needs to seriously do something or be there on busy Friday nights when it looked like all high school students working.

  The workers are so messy, whole table covered in food, the girl helping us opened my bowl and spilled half my $2+ guac and left lettuce covered in other stuff hanging out of the bowl. When putting them in the bag they are so careless as well.

  Absolutely DONE going to Chipotle. PEOPLE BOYCOTT CHIPOTLE. They do not care about quality anymore. RAW MEAT, TERRIBLE PORTIONS, OVERPRICED, DISGUSTING TASTE. Chipotle even gave me a free voucher because I complained last time, the problem is the food CONTINUES TO BE TERRIBLE. BOYCOTT CHIPOTLE. THEY DONT CARE ANYMORE. SHORT THE STOCK TOO. To whoever sees this from chipotle: leave your job - Chipotle will replace you with AI and robots

  Decent experience overall. I usually use the app for pickup, which is generally ready on time, but occasionally items are missing from the bag. When you go in person, the line moves at a fair pace. It’s a dependable 3 star experience: the food is good, but the overall execution sometimes lacks that extra bit of care to make it 5 stars!
