  I called this store multiple times to cancel an order and they never picked up. Literally never going to a sonic again because of this and how thier online ordering is set up. What a waste of money.

  I ordered delivery and the chili dog was amazing but the double bacon cheeseburger was terrible!!! It obviously was old and and sat for awhile!!!!!

  Doctor only approved me drinking water so I purchased a cup of ice $0 .76 the machine water taste moldy to me. Class on cleaning it should be done often. So I is my only purchase. When expressing it management says they just cleaned it personally. That's all I got at this time.

  Jennifer is an amazing!!!! She accommodated my family graciously, helped fix out order quickly all with a smile on her face. She needs a raise ASAP!!!!!!!

  This isn’t our family’s first bad experience here… Today: hair in the food. When called, they responded with my hair isn’t black… ok. Maybe the hair is more brown… but still, but someone’s hair is in my food! Took no accountability, or gave an apology. The service is always sketch. The food is never fresh. It’s sad, I do love Sonic and have given chance after chance.
