  Excellent service today- 1:36 PM! Isaiah was super helpful and kind in helping me work the app and get my order. Everyone from taking the order to delivering the order did a phenomenal job. Thank you guys for hiring these kind and efficient employees!

  The owner of this Mcdonalds is an egomaniac who uses phrases like "I don't have a horse in the race, I own the race", and spent the whole time I was trying to talk to him about his employees aggressive behavior talking down to me. I would recommend going to literally any other McDonalds in the area. Besides the godawful employees and owner, this McDonalds regularly smells like sewage. Like, the entire store. Oh, and their parking lot sucks.

  The lady taking the order was extremely nice, the person taking the money should work on customer service. And not to sound like a Karen but gosh if I order sauce and pay for it and get parked I asked if sauce is in the bag they said yes, get home and it’s not! So frustrating.

  The younger folks need to realize they are talking to people, not computers. Customer service and politeness goes a long way.

  It takes 28 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches and a kids happy meals. They took the pop machine out, they took the ketchup out and straws. So have to wait on ketchup or straws. I hate those stupid kiosks, I wish they would man the front counter like they used to.
