  Frequent visitor. Always use the App to place orders. Worst Drive-Thru experience at this location in a long time. After presenting my order Code at speaker, I waited at Drive-Thru window for 15+ minutes. Witnessed 4-6 employees wondering around, gathering in a circle, talking, one employee eating, one employee not paying attention to automatic drink dispenser dropping 2-3 cups at a time and filling, then having to pull them apart and reinsert into machine, all while everyone else gathered around just talk and laugh. I could see people in lobby waiting just as long to receive their orders with disgust on their face. No apologies for time taken to get order. No sight of a manager getting their crew to do their jobs. Seems like a pretty good place if you'd like to get paid for not performing your job duties. Bottom line, this store needs new team leaders that can motivate their crew to perform the tasks they were hired to do and are getting paid for.

  If I could give it a zero I would..placed a order on the app was charged then showed up to hear there system is changing over and couldn't get my food but yet was charged then they told me that I would not get my order. This was on my lunch break which only have 30 min takes 20 min yo get there and back with no food..when ask for the manager Stephanie was very rude and said your not getting your order bye and was very rude. Wasn't my fault that I paid for something and didnt get it..

  My eggs were burnt. Have the cooks not sell garbage! Disappointed for the neighborhood we are in.

  always late, i came here at 6 and leave at 7 because they were taking long. this is not even saving my life i would’ve died then
