Mcdonalds need to prioritize training their employees instead of making new menu items. We all know McDonald's has an issue giving the right order to their customers. Now look, I was young once, working at McDonald's part time, but there should never be an excuse why you cannot have your employees trained to check with their orders like any other restaurant. Please, train your employees to be able to check items in bags before handing them over, its been years since this place has an issue doing so.

Today I went through the drive through at 10pm, April 1st 2026. I just got off of a 9 hour shift and just wanted something quick to eat. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through and my order was wrong and missing thing’s. I waited at the first window because they were changing the till and I understand that it can take a minute. Then I noticed there was a pile of food at the other drive through window and I thought it was probably from a bad customer, I’ve worked in the food industry before and understand that customers can be a lot. I pulled up to the second widow and got slight attitude from the worker giving me my food (again understandable I’ve been there done that, I was just nice back because I know how hard it can be.) I drove almost 20 minutes home and found out not only was my drink wrong, i also didn’t have my other fries or the sauces I bought. Writing this review because I wasted my time and money at this place and I don’t know if I’ll go back there again. I hope that worker knows that everyone is human and we all make mistakes. I hope he has a better night because nobody deserves that disrespect from costumers either.

Long line, but they didn't forget anything. They didn't skimp on the pickles when I asked for extra on my bigmac and there was a good amount of sauce. The fries were warm and not overly salted. And the employees were very friendly.

Wow honestly surprised there was one worker there and the food came out perfect. Probably the first time this has happened to me at any McDonald's location wish I got the name of the young person working but it was on 3/26/2026 at midnight. It was really busy and they were keeping up. Hope the right person gets a raise did a great job !!

Visited March 27 at around 6 pm. That cook needs remedial education on food safety. I ordered a hamburger thru the drive thru, and of course, AFTER driving away discovered it was STONE COLD. I lifted the bun to check the meat and it was once cooked, but also completely cold. There was a single pickle slice, no onions, and perhaps a molecule of catsup. Very bare. Not that it mattered, since it was at an unsafe temp to eat and had to be discarded, but whoever prepared it, obviously didn't care.
