  Absolute rubbish at Taco Bell location 036797 today at 02/27/26 at 3pm I ordered the new lux box figured me and my girl wanted to try it😅 I said I wanted two and just a side of jalapeños and fries on the burrito and they said ok order will be 22.36! Sweet /wrong I get up there I guess it was one box I got charged 10 bucks for add one like extra chicken and crap that why would I ask for two extra side of chicken if there is already chicken on it! And so one box and apparently they said and told me what I ordered was a discovery box? And there are three options never once was given a list of the lux box options it just said lux box… so I get one more box same order and that one was 19 something so I ended up spending 44 bucks for two boxes when there listed as 10.26 or something… 20 bucks charged for sides I said two things 😂 these people were rude acted like I was stupid I worked food and that was a sue chef at WSU and ran that department don’t down play me while your standing in a tacobell I realize why I havnt been to one in years 😂😂😂

  I’ve been a regular at this Taco Bell for a long time. It’s on my way home and I eat here 4-5 times a week minimum. I order the same thing every time. I am aware that the chalupas are sometimes a little in the cold and not fresh but it’s not a crazy difference. However, today I went and got my usual and the chalupa shells were rock solid. If you’ve had a chalupa before you know they’re suppose to be airy and fluffy. If they’re not fresh then they’re a little stale around the edges. But these were ROCK solid. I hate to be that person but I had to go back and ask if I could please get them remade. The night manager was extremely sassy and told me there was no way because they had gotten out of the fryer “ not that long ago” and so I asked them if he could remake them and he said again very disrespectfully and sassy “I’m just going to give you a refund because they were fresh” he was so rude. He also made the situation extremely uncomfortable (I’m not confrontational) but I paid $15 for a meal that I couldn’t even eat. I wasn’t rude I wasn’t trying to give them any trouble. There were no people in line or inside. So I really don’t understand why this man was being so aggressively rude. I even handed him the food for him to see for himself and he just didn’t care. Idk who gave him that position but he is clearly not trained nor can handle confrontation and has zero problem solving and customer service. And I am 100% sure it was the night shift manager. AVOID.

  When we ordered, they offered us choices of different kinds of meat for our tacos, sour cream, and yummy sounding sauce. We were delighted to have such good service. But then they hit us with the total. There was no itemized list on the board for us to check our order so it wasn’t until we got our receipt that we saw that all of those nice things they offered us cost more money. In no way was that communicated to us. Be aware of any delightful things they offer because they aren’t being nice - they’re trying to get you to unknowingly spend more money.

  They got my food completely wrong. In the app you have the option to report it but nothing is done about it.

  Why can't I just look at a menu and order at the counter? Stupid screens I have to plow through menus instead of just looking at one and making a decision. When my food was dropped the employee took off and had to wait for someone else to come back to get my cup
