The Mexican pizza was smashed into the box. The tacos were nearly empty. The dipping sauces aren't even a quarter full. If you don't want people to come in late at night, just close your store. You don't HAVE to be open. From now on, I will drive out of my way to visit the Taco Bell on corporate center. Don't waste your time with this Taco Bell.
- AAAtomicallyDec 8, 20251.0I had placed an order at the drive though and the young lady had a hard time hearing me as I was ordering so I asked her to repeat my order back before I paid and she instantly got attitude and read it back super quick an all was right from what she read off, yet she failed to mention that she substituted every single thing I ordered, with steak, which I did not ask for. I also asked for one of the hard tacos to be substituted for a soft, I still got a hard taco. I asked for no sour cream in one of the things I ordered an it was still added. Poor service tonight
