  On 10-1-2025 at 3:45 pm, the staff exhibited exceptional kindness, possessed pleasing personalities, and effectively addressed inquiries regarding our sandwich order, resulting in a positive experience. Previously, we encountered negative experiences with customer service with one individual and our order a couple of weeks ago. However, today's interaction suggests a positive shift in staff demeanor. Thank you for the positive experience and efficient handling of our order. Today visit was 5 star.

  Three of us stopped in on the way home to Battle Ground from Seattle and had the pleasure of being helped by Karen. She was so friendly and kind, and very sweet and patient with my nephew who is autistic. And our sandwiches were delicious! We were very happy with our whole experience and will definitely stop in again when we’re in the area. Thank you Karen!

  Not a great experience. The one lady who’s often working is always exasperated, like it’s an inconvenience to make an order with them. I get it, it’s a lot to manage but the other stores handle it so much better. Had a complaint once and she called the franchise owner right then and there, kinda over the top in my opinion.

  Have had very good experiences at this Subway..3 plus stars, not today. 1 star for food plus 1 star for salad and sandwich maker. The salad was half size and the chicken was not chopped, nor was I asked. The sub was half of normal amount of ingredients. The sandwich maker was working alone and was doing her best. She just didn't know quite enough to do it right.

  Apparently if you close at 10:00pm you really close at 9:45. Employee was rude. Second time this has happened..
