  food is great price is kind of high staff. They definitely need some training in Customer Service cause they are extremely rude.

  Food is starting to taste toxic. Drink tastes like the machine or flavoring containers have not been cleaned in months. The fumes from the napkins are even toxic. I just need to stay away from "fast food". And mind you customer service is not a thing anymore!

  Worst experience ever. Don’t order through the app. The milk shake machine was down and they refused to give a refund and refused to replace the drinks so we lost just wasting money on three shakes, and their food wasn’t even that great will never be back again would highly not recommend ever going there and I’ve never wrote a bad review. Worst customer service. Manager refused to help and customer service hotline.

  Came through drive through tonight 2/2/2026. I only ordered a coney dog. I gave the Drive-through attendant $20 and she opened the window and gave me back like $.44 then she wasn’t giving me any of my dollars that I should’ve gotten back so I knocked on the window because like I said all I ordered was a corn dog thing should’ve been done by the time I got up to the window. There’s several people that were in front of me. It’s only a hot dog and so I asked her where the rest of my change was and she said my total was like 19 something I said no all I ordered was a Coney dog so I don’t know what games these people are playing can’t punch in things right on their computer but then she tells me that she lost my ticket how you losing my ticket it was just done. It’s just a corny dog. OK then she gave me $12 and some change for my change. She seemed a little irritated though. I think I just you know call her out on trying to pocket some money so you guys should really check out your employees that work here especially the ones handling money at the window. I just know that I will never eat here again $20 for a hot dog smoked

  Employee rushed us through ordering, missed a meal, added at window. Food took awhile forgot all sauces asked for, gave ketchup packets instead. Tots not fresh.
