  Came around 10 pm this night , noticed the employees were sitting down. Went into a stall and as we were deciding on what to order all the lights on the stalls completely shut off. We decided to pull around the drive thru and all the lights were turned off as well. After we pulled off we decided to call and ask if they were open and the lady said they were and we asked why all the lights were turned off when we were ordering and she said and I quote “we all have to take a break”! What company closes their restaurants when employees have to take breaks ?

  Only use the drive thru and all the employees are rude. Just got a mini blasts and they didnt even fill them up. The girl working the drive thru around 930 pm on 1/2/2026 cut me off while ordering, didnt answer me when I asked if she got all my order, and didnt come to the window until she was ready to hand me the incomplete order.

  My husband and I went here to enjoy a nice meal and to try something different together. Unfortunately during our visit the restrooms were both so horribly filthy and had no soap at all in the mens restroom. There was not only trash all over in there but the walls, toilet and sink were very filthy as well as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It completely ruined the experience of eating there and made us both question if our food was even being handled properly. Something majorly needs to change at this location! Unfortunately we will not be returning after this experience.

  Went in at 1120pm and the young lady working the window seemed like we were the biggest inconvenience to her, which was off putting at first until we got to the window and realized she was inconvenienced by her coworker yelling curse words from the back. After we got home my drink was wrong, my food was cooked in old grease, and they burnt both my wives’ wieners.

  I’m sorry but what is this? I asked for a large cup of ice because I’m pregnant and love Sonic’s ice… also I came an hour before closing and they looked closed already? All the lights were off same with the drive through, once I went to the window to pay, they looked like they were putting things away and cleaning up. It took 15-20 minutes for them to make a cheeseburger and some fries… I will be getting my food and ice somewhere else , this sonic sucks!😥
