She was very approachable and made sure I was able to find what I was looking for and took the time to help me find it. She had a great personality and that's how all employees should be. In my opinion, everyone should be like that! Kind, friendly, helpful, professional and willing to help others. That was a perfect example of great customer service and you don't see that very often these days!
