This is unfortunately not the first time I’ve had a bad experience when coming here after work late at night. The person running the self check out is unprofessional, and doesn’t really seem to care about his job. He talks about how he can’t wait to leave, how he hopes nobody else comes in, and swears up a storm (which honestly I have no room to talk because I have a potty mouth, but I wouldn’t do that at a job). I do not know his name, but he is not someone I would want representing a store. I may just go to a different Safeway after work as he seems to be the only one working when I come after work.

The store is arranged well, it's not too busy, and there is good ingress and egress to and from the parking lot. The pharmacy staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help. The customers are a mix; mostly good people, soldiers, state workers and suburban people. Some homeless frequent the area, but they never bother anyone as far as I can tell. In 20+ years of going there, I've had a couple of run ins with uppity tweekers, but they're easy to deal with. Overall, I recommend this place.
