Me and several other customers witnessed the interaction during which the employee raised his voice and got very short and aggressive with a man who was simply trying to discern why the savings on an item hadn’t come through. Several customers left to use the regular checkout after this display. I was disturbed enough by this behavior that I ultimately decided to leave this review. It’s saddening that this even occurred.
