  Got a Shaq pizza and added onion, wanted it crispy, got a limp pizza topping was under the cheese , lady behind counter had absolutely no personality, will never buy from Papa John's again and the pizza cost me $28. ?? What a scam! I've tasted better pizza at dominos and that's bad !!

  We had a last-minute, large order for an event, and the staff was understanding and helped us get the food in time. Super friendly, super amazing—highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you, Papa John's, for all your help!

  There were signs everywhere that wearing masks are required, yet 2 of the 3 employees I could see working there had their masks tucked under their chin, and all were working in the kitchen. I guess the mask mandate only applies to customers and not employees? Additionally, when I walked in for my carry-out order, I told them what pizza I was there for and was told it would be 5 more minutes. No problem, so I stood inside out of the way and waited. While waiting, I watched pizza after pizza get boxed up and set aside. 15 minutes later, the Same Person asked me why I was there. Turns out the pizza I was there to pick up, had been sitting on the rack getting cold for the past 10 minutes while I stood there waiting for it. Lastly, when I got home with the pizza, it wasn't even correct. I ordered chicken, jalapenos, and philly steak and got no chicken on the pizza at all. Honestly I should have read the reviews for this particular location, because they are horrible across the board. Whoever is in charge of this franchise might want to think about getting some competent management and staff.
