  Got there right when brkfast started but my bright mood was instantly clouded and was downpoured on by bad food and service they refused to give me oatmeal with hot water so it was cold or tap luke warm water on top of oatmeal the butter i put into it wouldnt even melt and i asked for some hot water so i could make It myself but they refused and so i asked for a new one which was also a hard pass uhmm no sorry well good day to nobody sir hope you are able to ruin everyone else's day also!!

  Sat at the drive thru waiting for our order to be taken while other vehicles pulled up to the other menu board way after us and had their order taken immediately while we continued to be told to wait for our order to be taken. Absolutely unacceptable. Awful customer service and lack of good judgment at this location.

  Food's okay but the problem is it takes forever going through the drive-thru to get your food. I've sat in line there for upwards of 15 minutes. Yes I'm not kidding, this place is freaking slow, they are slower than molasses on a freezing day.

  The past two times I’ve come here the worker on duty at night named Jesse has always been very welcoming and kind which is a really great attribute especially working in a fast paced environment. Jesse took the time to look over my order, he didn’t like the condition the Mccrispys were in so offered to change it out for anything on the menu instead of serving food that isn’t a good quality. From observing his relationship with his co-workers I can tell that he is a positive person to work around. If you come here at night you’ll be in good hands with Jesse

  I am very highly disappointed with my order, tonight I had ordered dinner for me and my family for my once a month take out dinner. Anyways it starts off with me getting my first bag of food while I'm waiting for my child's happy meal, well when I went to inspect the food to make sure it was all there I had noticed that my MCcrispy chicken sandwich had said spicy when I ordered the regular deluxe MCcrispy, so as I was being pasted my childs Happy meal I said something to the cashier and he proceeded to asked me if they could see it. So I pass it to him, he continues to open the box to inspect it and give it back to me saying the "sticker is wrong but the sandwiche is correct it wasn't spicy", so I believed him. Further more after I leave the drive thru to inspect the rest of my meal for me to see my child didn't get her drink or any of my sauces that I paid extra for. So I proceeded to go inside and tell them what's missing. The general manager proceeded to fix their mess up and grab me my child's juice and only 1 of each of the sauce I had ordered multiple of. I didn't make it a big deal about the sauce due to I was just not in the mood for confrontation. Furthermore As I get home to finally sit down and eat my meal and I opened my deluxe MCcrispy meal and I take one bite and it turns out to be spicy. As of someone that used to work for McDonald's in my teenage years I feel as though it is not that difficult to see if a label says spicy on a box it's probably spicy especially if the customer says something about it. Now typically I am not the person to complain but this is the third time now that this McDonald's has screwed up my order. And I will not be continuing to go to this location anymore.
