Food was good. Not used to no person at the counter and ordering on a screen. The Playland was the bomb. Hard to find these anymore.

So for starters, the second window worker for drive thru gave me a drink and I asked which one it was and gave me the meanest answer I've ever heard, "why dont you look on the top of the cup where it always is". Then they got my order wrong but I felt super uncomfortable going back be ause I didn't wanna deal with being treated as if I dont belong there. This was 10pm on 9/26/25. Skinny black haired employee working second window needs to be let go cause I promise if this is how they treat me over a question about my soda then it's not the first time they've treated someone like this. Makes me sick.

The staff there tonight was very rude and terrible. They forgot half my order. I waited for. I came all the way back from my house. That's 30 minutes away to get The food that they owe me to pretty much thrown into my car. I just can't believe how rude they were. It's very inconsiderate.

I was told by the shift manager that they could not help me over the phone for the tiny tan toys. First she said they don’t have numbers, I mentioned that they do. We get what we get in the happy meal and it’s only this McDonald’s that does that. I went to five other McDonalds that helped complete the set.
