  These people can’t get an order correct if their lives depended on it. the only reason this location remains in buisness is due to location and even then I’d probably prefer to drive another 10-15 minutes to a better mcdonald’s lmao

  Consistently the worst service of any fast in Lacey. Long waits and silence from employees regarding issues until the entire restaurant seems full. Slower than Jack in the Box, and that takes effort. Well worth the drive to a McDonald’s that is further away.

  Can’t order food in the drive-thru at night, only mobile and delivery orders. Change your status from 24/7 to open from 9 to 5, don’t lie to customers and have them drive all the way out only to not be served.

  I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times because it is the only one open 24 hours around me but today they made me do a mobile order in line instead of just ordering it like I normally would. 0/10 because I am certain it was not their choice and corporate needs to change this now. It just adds confusion and forces customers to download the app for no reason. Will not be going here until it is changed

  The point of a 24 hour drive thru is you do your job. I shouldn't have to order from my app at the drive thru menu. You have a menu there for a reason. It makes 0 difference if you take the order. Fair warning for anyone going there they are lazy and don't do their jobs.
