  Literally stole my money.... I ordered, they told me the receipt printer was down, I go to the second window and they ask me to go in the parking lot and wait... I wait 15 minutes, no food, I go inside, "Hey can I get my food or a refund?", they tell me, "Someone's working on it", I wait another 5 minutes, "Hey can I get a refund", the employee shouts a name, and goes back to working. I wait another 5 minutes, and just leave because this is way too much effort for a burger. McDonalds is cheap food for cheap people.

  This is the third time I’ve ordered pick up and have had to wait 30 plus mins. This is even with the drive thru not busy. I have either had to get down, or go through the drive thru. It happened again just now. Idk if they don’t check their mobile orders? Or the system is messed up. But to order for pick up and having to get down is ridiculous and then wait more time for the food. First time I can empathize but three times now is weird. Screen shot attached ordered at 816 got food after I moved to drive thru. Then was moved to curbside again: got my food at 845 from employee who didn’t utter a single word lol.

  Idk, the staff all seemed as drunk as I was. Everything was a mess and my burgers weren't wrapped all the way. The female staff were pretentious and everyone acted like highschools brats, squeeling and screeching and literally eye rolling. They made cringe jokes and the floors were a mess, at least they were fast. Like the staff kept shouting here fishy fishy, it was weird and inappropriate.

  I find it is never really clear when you can order depending on the day and time. Very frustrating to know you arrive to order and are told they are only taking for example mobile orders, makes no sense to me, I feel they lose money when they put restrictions on the types of orders they will take m

  I usually don’t have too many issues with this location but this one particular night I got home and realized they not only forgot my ten piece nugget but also put diced onions on a double cheese burger that was not supposed to have them. I went back and they remade the burger. I realized that they put onions on the burger a second time, making it the third time they had to make the same burger. I get home and ready to eat, my meal was supposed to come with a four piece nugget, I opened the container for the nuggets and it was filled with Big Mac sauce instead of nuggets. Here’s a picture for context because I was livid. I understand they were busy so forgetting some things can happen but this felt so intentional.
