  How hard is it for you employees to add what we order in the bag and to stop handing us bags with missing items. Are you guys taking our orders or something? Thi has been the 12th at this specific McDonald’s

  Went through the drive through and many cars went before us but when we got there took like 15 minutes to take our order

  Don't know what the reason is, but most times I visit this specific mcdonalds I won't have someone talk/take my order for 25-30 minutes. Then you have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for your food. The food doesn't come out bad, just the wait times are crazy.

  Went there last night at 11 they missed 2 of my wifes items so I drove 20 min back just to be told that for a refund I would need to bring back the food so I drove home n back upon returning the manager MARIAH was very unprofessional very rude and borderline antagonistic I let her know she didnt need to refund the frys as my wife ate some to which she replyed OH I KNOW YOU ATE THOSE I WASNT GONNA REFUND YOU THEM ANYWAYS, then slammed the window after handing me money and did not return i left n realized I was refunded incorrectly and when speaking to an employee on the phone he was apologizing for her behavior when she snatched the phone out of his hand and started yelling at me when I said I wasn't concerned with refund but now her attitude and behavior she said I was only disrespectful because you were disrespectful, if you think saying I would please just like a refund as im not going to be able to enjoy my cold food then you should be in cs let alone a manager in a drive through she responded with ill work on it and hung up on me EVERY other employee was respectful smiled and helpful she is the problem in yalls drive through I can now thank her for wasting my evening at mcdonalds just trying to get food and fix mcdonalds mistake would strongly suggest removing this employee or running cameras
