  There are wayyy too many kids there that hang out, scream, and stand in the way. They aren’t even ordering anything they just hang out after school and stand around the kiosk machines. They need to go hang in the play place area where they can make all the noise they want

  This place is really busy, but who doesn't like McDonald's right? Service was 4 stars because it's tough half the time I go there it takes a while for someone to take my order. Anyways, that doesn't stop me from going there. I just wish to be treated better when I go. And I get it, your busy. But customers should still be number 1 priority and it feels like it's not. I love McDonald's and yes I'm still going to go there because I love McDonald's ❤️

  Anyone who's worked fast food service knows that it's a hectic, stressful kind of job, made tougher by difficult customers. So, first of all, let's remember to be nice to the employees of this place. That being said, this restaurant is in a very high traffic area, near the only freeway access around, so it's pretty much always going to be busy. Add to that the fact that McDonald's probably has one of the highest employee churn rates in the industry and your expectations should be lowered a little more. Now, with that in mind, I've found this location's employees to be friendly and hard working, overall. In an era where you hardly even get a greeting anymore, when entering a fast food place, and most employees do their best to avoid eye contact, this place generally comes across as welcoming and somewhat akin to the McDonald's I worked at when I was 16. Orders are usually accurate and mistakes are corrected in a timely fashion, without objection. Basically, it seems like management is running the place with a decent amount of positivity and efficiency. It's also one of the few 24-hour places in the area and has a play place for the kids. Overall, this is a good place to eat and if you're friendly to the employees, you can expect the same in return.

  To the staff working the Christmas shift of 2025, thank you for all the hard work you've put in. People don't seem seem to understand how hard you have it and how hard you work. The sacrifice you gave up to work Xmas when you could've been spending time with family and friends. You've definitely served more than 1000+ orders on this very day. This includes Uber Eats, Doordash, Online/App orders, Drive Thru, Lobby and many other ordering services. You're the back bone of Lacey, despite what people may think your job is not easy, when people need something to eat last minute or late night dinner after work or the early morning breakfast that'll help push us through the day. What I'm saying is, to those who read this, respect your workers and cut them some slack. They deserve kindness and respect.

  I never leave reviews, but I had to leave this one. Tonight my family and I stopped here around 8PM Christmas Eve this place was PACKED there were cars around the building for the drive through, lobby was full and door dashers complaining, but despite all that I didn’t hear a single worker complain about anything they handled it so well and I wanted to give them a shout out because they deserve it!
