2 slices of meat on an 8 inch sub. So much lettuce that you can’t even see anything else on the sub. Doesn’t even make it how you requested it to be made, even with it being ordered online. Nasty attitude in there from one of the girls in there.

Ordered for CURBSIDE pick up, and three employees working sat inside and just watched my car for about 30 minutes. No one ever even attempted to bring my food out, despite me checking in, putting on my flashers, and sitting right in front of their door, for 30 minutes. I eventually gave up and walked in and food had been sitting on a rack ready. Receipt even says CURBSIDE. Very lazy employees who do not strive to go above and beyond, and honestly freakishly slow.

$14 for a wrap? Your company has gotten greedy and way too top heavy. It's past time you fall and make room for small businesses that aren't going to gouge customers for mediocre food.

Ordered via the jimmy johns mobile app. All of our sandwiches had something wrong, which I can overlook because all it caused us to do was picking toppings off. We were also missing three of our five drinks. Evidently there’s no way to request a refund via the app, so I called the store I ordered from. I explained the situation and the guy said “Can’t you just come to the store and grab them?”, which I ordered delivery for a reason. I then was told that they don’t know how to do refunds, so I asked if he could please figure it out. He then told me the “best he can do” is put a note in for a credit on my number if I call in the next time I order.
