  Foods good, employee was rude. i held my apple pay above the tap to pay device waiting for it to go. he then asks me if im a member, i said no but no thank you. he then says “oh so you just tried to run your card before i was finished..” um, mist card readers dont read your card until the transaction is complete. overall demeanor was quite rude

  Dj should not work there. He's rude every time I come in and he was training a new employee is what is seemed like and just the way he was speaking to him was unacceptable. I ordered a couple extra toppings on my oatmeal and he was telling the new employee how to do it saying "that's a lot of stuff have fun with that" and just stared at me in a disgusted way when it was handed to me. He should not be judging what people order.

  Literally can't place an order without using the kiosk. Questions went unanswered. Worked at Jamba juice in Seattle during highschool and the atmosphere was completely outgoing and welcoming. This place is like a morgue. Also if the manager actually cared about their store, they would clean the place up. The walls need to be repainted the floor needs to be sweeped and the trash needs to be picked up.

  I’ve been a loyal customer at this Jamba Juice for many years, spending roughly $500–$1,000 annually, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. When I walked in, the manager immediately told me, “I have 17 drinks to make—you can order on the kiosk or come back later.” I explained that I couldn’t use the kiosk due to multiple substitutions. While the wait itself was fine, his tone was dismissive from the start. After my drinks were made, there was extra left over—as there usually is when you pay for add-ins like extra protein and matcha energy. He was about to throw it away, so I asked if I could have it since we paid for those ingredients. He said I’d need to buy another cup for $0.50, which was fine. I simply mentioned that Jamba used to have larger cups for this purpose. He flatly told me they had never had larger cups and insisted I was wrong. I explained I’ve been ordering the same drink for nearly 20 years and remembered the larger styrofoam cups. His response was, “I feel sorry for anyone who’s been ordering the same drink for 20 years,” followed by another comment implying the ingredients aren’t what they used to be and then, “Have a nice day, ma’am.” That comment was unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was genuinely shocked and just took my drinks and left. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to take my business across the street to Emerald City Smoothie going forward. Customer service matters—especially from management.
