    Today was the second time I have found foreign matter in my vanilla shake. Also I had to half way through to find out.

    We ordered on the application and arrived within five minutes. Food was ready and hot except the fries. They were more cold than warm. Only reason not five stars for food. We were rushed at the order sign and the window.

    Every time I order a blizzard and ask for something to be added in, I get charged for the add in, but then NEVER actually get it... Come on man... I have tested this multiple times to make sure I'm not going crazy, and so far I'm 6 attempts in and still they keep forgetting the add ins.

    Do you want that fries large? Do you want that blizzard large? Do you want extra stuff in your blizzard. Do you want to donate? Do you want to be constantly interrupted with upsells? Do you want the most obnoxious ordering experience possible? Do you want that second drink large? No? We're gonna give you a large and charge you for it anyway. You asked for extra dipping sauce? We'll charge you for that too and not give it to you.

    Brought my grandkids in for ice cream cones with sprinkles and the place was empty no one in drive through and eight employees working and we had to stand there and wait to order then when the ice cream cones were made they set them on the counter in front of 4 employees and not one of them would hand them to us. We had to ask for them and when my autistic grandson asked for more sprinkles they got kinda rude about it. All it cost little over $9 for two child sized ice cream cones. Absolutely ridiculous.
