  Casey, the manager at Dairy Queen on Yelm Highway, consistently delivers outstanding customer service. He’s incredibly attentive, professional, and quick to find solutions no matter the situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and the customers walking through the door. Every interaction feels smooth, efficient, and positive because of his leadership. It’s rare to see that level of care and problem-solving- definitely makes this location stand out.

  The food is always hot and fresh! The staff is always welcoming and friendly! I prefer going here over McDonald's! It's very clean inside. If you want hot and fresh food and great customer services I highly recommend this Dairy Queen! My only complaint I have which is no fault of the employee's is the prices for some things are overpriced!

  I've lived in this area almost 5 years now and this place is always top notch. Fast, polite, hot and fresh food. My family and I always go here for close fast food. Such a great location.

  Today was the second time I have found foreign matter in my vanilla shake. Also I had to half way through to find out. Third and last time I found foreign object in my vanilla shake at this location. Pictures attached.
