    Went to lunch today and was served by Bobby. I asked for crinkle fries and got curly fries. Bobby promptly corrected the issue with fresh crinkle fries. Then I thought there was an issue with the price, but I was wrong. Bobby gave me a card for a few meal. He could not have been nicer.

    I placed a mobile order but was unable to modify any of the usual options, like choosing the drink type. I explained this to the drive thru clerk, who ended up being the shift manager Ethan. He refused to modify anything and replied with both rude words and tone. Finally I asked for the shift manager amd he informed me it was him. Then I asked to cancel the order and he said he couldn't help me, and to use the app. I asked if it could actually be canceled on the app and he replied that he did not know. The customer service here was nonexistent. No attempt to be pleasant or understanding. That is NOT how service usually is at this at this location. We go often because their 3 meat deal is a great deal. Now my faith in this location will cause me to choose another option, like going to Jack in the box, which is what I did today. Edit: Arby's online states that the mobile orders need to be canceled at the specific location. Update: spoke with the store manager, Bobby, who had the same "i do not care" attitude. I will no longer go to this store.
