  Weirdly rude. Had a small discrepancy with my food, they hadn't included my chicken nuggets. We had two cokes, two fries, one box of nuggets- so clearly there is a missing nugget. Manager(?) (man in a blue shirt and tie) was immediately defensive and rude after I calmly said "I think we're missing a 10-piece". Zero attempt at professionalism, immediately went to behaving like trash. I calmly explained that I had ordered two meals, as illustrated by the fact that I had two meals, but only one box of nuggets. This grown man rolls his eyes at me, throws his hands up like a kid having a temper tantrum and slams the window. Behind him some woman inside yelled "You aint had no ten piece". After a wait, the window re-opened and a hand shoved a box of chicken nuggets towards me wordlessly. I left confused, doubting myself, doubting reality. Why are people so rude these days? Why do people default to conflict? I wasn't trying to be disrespectful, I wasn't trying to finesse food from them, I was just a customer missing a box of chicken nuggets.

  Don't usually write reviews but I am bummed out about where McDonald's is headed. First time in years I came back to one and this was my experience. 1. The app didn't work and put the order into Oklahoma. App crashed and had to reinstall. Can't find the Oklahoma order so that's now a customer service call. :( 2. Big arch was not my thing. Glad I tried it though. 3. They wanted 50c for a refill. I paid almost $14 for a meal and yet ...

  We had to park and wait for a chicken sandwich. After 10 minutes I went inside and asked about our food the lady just said his coming we are waiting on the chicken and walked away before I could ask for it drinks at least.

  Dylan the manager working the shift at 3:45pm was very rude, very unprofessional and Sarcastic, i told her my order and she acted as though she didn’t hear me, she wanted to engage in a confrontation but I just ignored her and drove away..Im really shocked because I have never experienced this type of customer service from this location! She worked 3:47 pm on the 19th. She was working the drive through.
