    Total ripoff. I hate mcdonalds these days. Might as well sit down at applebees or somewhere for these prices. I hope this particular franchise location goes out of business.

    Meriam needs to get demoted to team member. Terrible customer service talking to me like I'm an idiot that doesn't know how to use the McDonald's app.

    This location is substantially more expensive than the Redmond location. The exact same breakfast I get everyday is $4 more here! The food was cold, they lost my breakfast order after watching me wait for 15 min..then found it sitting on the counter and didn’t offer to remake it. When I asked the guy was rude and said “We can’t I have a line”. Drive the extra 3 min to any Redmond location.

    Don't expect anything resolved in store here. If the app glitches and takes your points but doesn't send an order through, they will tell you to get lost at the counter. The call center is your best friend when dealing with this location. The help desk was fantastic.

    Terrible service. Ordered 20 minutes ahead, arrived, checked in, and waited another 30 minutes. Even called to ask where my order was - still ignored. Finally got it after wasting my time. Staff clearly doesn't care about customers
