  This mcdonalds feels hostile. No napkins out. 30 min eating time. No free soda refills. This isnt a real.mcdonalds

  While I have had not good experiences here in the past, my two recent ones were very good both in service and quality I need to go in the restaurant to order and pickup because my van doesn’t fit through the drive thru height which limits hours I can eat here which is frustrating, in the past I would time my arrival to access the restaurant, after placing an order no staff was available or present in around the counter area to hand over orders from the kiosk or app, one time I walked into the back finally to find someone and Im a pretty patient person. Anyway, I have been happy to see an improvement here, hopefully it continues

  Staffs are friendly and the space is clean. It can get busy sometimes and the wait may be long.

  I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time but remember this location as having fresh, hot, crispy fries do drove out of my way to come here for lunch. The fries were mushy (literally squished flat) soggy with oil, pale and cold. Burger was also cold with unmelted cheese. I threw most of the fries away and ate only 1/2 the burger. Guess I'll have to make a 2nd lunch stop on my way to work somewhere else. Inetible. Honestly the fries are the entire reason I eat McDonald's but for the last 2 years every location across the board has had terrible fries! Service was fast but maybe too fast? Are they not cooking/heating food up enough so it's served cold? McDonald's has gotten way to expensive to serve cold terrible food that I just waste on the garbage can.

  They got my curbside order wrong. Not to mention the long wait for a single cheeseburger. Touched it and it was cold and I was like why is it cold. The girl working around 11:40am didn't get name unfortunately but she know she is. Was on her phone while delivering which pissed me off. Like if your gonna slack off on the job at least get it right. Edit: went back because I didn't drive off far. They asked for my receipt and I showed it and I thought it would be resolved but they still got it wrong. Im not sure of there was a language barrier with the female floor supervisor at the time but she just thought I was missing the cheese when I said the entire burger was wrong. She was kind enough to give me a strawberry cream pie. So I appreciated that. BUT to still get wrong was a hassle. I understand it is a lunch rush and they are trying to make their timestamps good but I didn't like how I was rushed away. So I wasted points on a free cheeseburger that was wrong. So I ended up ordering again for quarter pounder meal and decided to get it at the counter. Luckily it was made right. I hate to be this person. Normally I don't complain when my orders is wrong if it's small but the entire sandwich was wrong and I was hungry so I wanted it to be exactly right. But I know better now to not get food around a rush time. Great people just need a little more quality over quantity of their services.
