  I’m reporting them to health department, BBB and the mayor, this place is a joke. Needs to be shut down immediately. Just watched a worker unwrap a sandwhich with no gloves and then wrapped it back. That is just the tip of the iceberg. The video I got of them today is ridiculous. Glad I got the workers name

  Today I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and accidentally selected the wrong location. After realizing the mistake, I found that there was no way to cancel the order through the app or by phone, which then prevented me from placing a new order in the app. There was no clear guidance or customer support option to resolve the issue, making the overall user experience quite frustrating.

  Thanks to the employees that threw away my almost brand new set of AirPods Pro 2s in the trash. I knew I left them there and I called and asked if they could check the table I was at. The girl said she didn’t see any. Well on my Find My app it said they were there an hour ago. So I checked an hour later it said they were still there so I called a couple times and I got no answer. So I didn’t think there was anything else I could do. So I waited and come to find out that they ended up in a landfil in Renton. That’s where all their trash goes. So now I was forced to spend almost ANOTHER $250 on a new set of AirPods thanks to this McDonalds that COULD NOT just hold them aside and wait for someone to call on them like I did. I need a call back or email asap!

  Edit: McDonald's - I tried filling out your stupid form, which required no details that I did not already provide here, and upon submitting it says "Page Not Found Oops, something went wrong. Try using the search field below.". What a waste of time. This McDonald's and the other one near the interstate are fighting for 3rd place. All of the problems I listed in my other review are also present here - usage of old oil that makes the food taste terrible, and almost a guaranteed omission of something we ordered or the way something was ordered. What's worse, I tried to go through the drive through with my motorcycle (it has a front cargo area I put the food in - I do this all the time without issue at nearby DQ and Wendy's) and the automated system doesn't detect a car so the staff seem to literally not be able to do anything about it. I can just hear the speaker telling the car behind me to pull up. I got so angry that I drove past all the cars waiting on the right side of them, and went directly across the street to DQ to order. I don't know at what point a vehicle becomes unacceptable to McDonald's to be worthy of using their drive through, but if it's not allowable they will never see a dime of my money again and I'll be sure of it that all of my riding buddies also are aware of their discriminatory behavior towards motorcycles.
