  I placed a delivery order for two sandwiches, but only one was delivered. When I called to let them know, there was no apology and I was told it would take a while to bring the missing sandwich because their driver had six other orders ahead of mine. After waiting over an hour with no update, I called again. They didn’t answer until my third attempt, which was from a different number. At that point, I was told they had actually run out of bread and wouldn’t be able to deliver the second sandwich after all. I was also told they were too busy cleaning in the back to call and inform me. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. This was unacceptable customer service and I will not be returning to this location.

  Ordered online. Came in 15 mins later, and the employees were just sitting and talking. I told them I made an online order, and the proceeded to keep talking while taking 10mins to make two sandwiches.

  Showed up at 8:35 and doors are locked with lights off, but you can see workers chatting in the back. They close at nine. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

  She turned down a $100 order at 8:42 because the grill is “turned off for the night” I am standing outside of the store as I type this. Unacceptable…

  My order was delayed and missing ingredients, but they were nice and professional. They seem short staffed and short on support from JJ's.
