  I ordered from Jimmy John’s at 7:27 and didn’t get my food until 8:40. When I called, the store admitted they didn’t have a driver and were scrambling to find a third-party service, meaning my order just sat around for over an hour. The whole “Freaky Fast” promise is a complete joke. Extremely disappointing experience, won’t be ordering from here again.

  I'm moving back to Kirkland and I just saw this place and remembered that the owners of this franchise location are horrible and treat their employees worse than I've ever seen in real life.

  I've never been disappointed with any sandwich I've gotten from here. This last sandwich I just got was the best yet, good enough for me to write this review. Never too much sauce, portions for condiments and toppings were above expectation. Nothing excessive, just made sure I got an amazing sandwich for $10.
