- SJsteve juliusApr 23, 20261.0I have never seen this rude people in my life, I ordered burrito while wraping she made a boll and I just asked her nicely how i,m gonna eat it can you wrap it properly just that and she literally picked that burrito and threw in dustbin and the way she was talking in front of everyone was awful and humiliating. This is definitely not the way to treat a customer and ruining the name of such big company
- AGAdriana GonzálezApr 22, 20261.0The food was fine but the lady that took my order was really rude, she was rolling her eyes at me and she didn’t even wait for me to finish my order and I had to drag her back to the line to ask for toppings I was willing to pay extra for it and she was acting annoyed by it, when I was going to pay she didn’t even pack my order, she left the bag semi open rolled her eyes and walked away, I had to bag my food myself, the food was good but honestly that type of behavior is really rude.

Like today, ads everywhere for al pastor chicken - haha not in stock! Barbacoa looks like it's growing something at the bottom of the dish bc all that's there is a bunch of oil with a little meat (behind the counter). Had to just walk out. Never again.

No idea if this meat was just sitting around mysteriously which I only found through me half way chewing on it and feeling the meat part —also mind you, the workers who wrapped my burrito was not only dismissive and rude but didn’t even bother to properly wrap my burrito.

I did a pick up order and the order was MISSING STEAK and GUACOMOLE which I paid for…… if that part isn’t terrible enough… The bowl was made so poorly it started leaking and wet the bottom of the bag. When I went pick it up it spilled all over the street because the bag was so wet….. it got all over my clothes and car. Disgusting energy in the store. The employees are so rude and when you try to ask them to fix anything they literally scream at you.
