It was busy and was told it would be about a half an hour, so I took a seat and waited. After 50 minutes, I went to the counter and asked if my pizza was almost done. The person helping me turned around and handed me a pizza from a rack. The box was stone cold and the tag on the box indicated that it had been sitting there for 40 minutes. He could see that I was not happy and asked if anyone had called my name and I said that no one had. He shrugged and said that he was sorry. Then walked away leaving me with a cold pizza.

Josh, the pizza delivery driver met me at a meet up spot within 15 minutes of my initial order. He was really nice. Josh gave me extra cups for my sprite and unfolded packaging for garlic bread to use as plates. I felt that Josh did his best and went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I really appreciate great customer service and I can’t imagine a better experience. Thank you!
