Food as it should be.
Panera Bread offers a comforting and familiar dining experience that blends casual convenience with a touch of warmth and nostalgia. Walking inside, the interior feels inviting and thoughtfully designed, with a clean, modern aesthetic softened by warm lighting and natural tones. There’s a noticeable balance between openness and coziness, and plenty of seating options—from small tables for solo diners to larger spaces for groups—making it easy to settle in without feeling crowded.
The food itself leans heavily into comfort, starting with the Grilled Cheese, which delivers a surprisingly nostalgic bite. The crisp, buttery bread gives way to perfectly melted cheese, instantly reminiscent of childhood lunches. Paired with the Tomato Soup, the experience becomes even better—the soup’s creamy, smooth texture complements the sandwich beautifully, creating that classic combination that feels both simple and deeply satisfying.
Another standout was the Asiago Croissant Twist, which offered a flaky, airy texture with a subtle richness from the cheese. Each bite had a delicate crispness on the outside while remaining soft and layered within, making it an easy favorite for something lighter yet indulgent.
The Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich was equally impressive, bringing together a balance of flavors and textures. The chicken salad was creamy without being heavy, while the cranberries added a gentle sweetness that contrasted nicely with the savory elements. The walnuts provided a slight crunch, rounding out each bite and giving the sandwich a more elevated feel.
Overall, Panera Bread delivers a well-rounded experience—comfortable seating, a welcoming atmosphere, and food that manages to feel both familiar and thoughtfully prepared.

It's Panera so it's pretty much the save as other Panera's, good sandwiches, good variety, better than fast food ingredients. This Panera is friendly and fits a good job of getting orders out right. Time wise, they are pretty close to the time they say they will be ready. Rarely sooner and a bit longer during the lunch hour. My order has never been wrong for take out and three people at the grunt check out, for non pre orders are always friendly, attentive and professional. It has a warm atmosphere with its gas fire. Parking has not been a problem.

I’m a nurse, and I placed an online order ahead of time because I only have a 30-minute lunch break. The app said the order would be ready in 5–10 minutes, but when I arrived, I still had to wait another 40 minutes. I didn’t even have time to eat 😠

There's so much confusion and misleading pictures and descriptions on their menu. The cashiers don't know how to describe it and online info seems to suggest that they knowingly add layers of confusion to make customers pick a more expensive product. Why the pick 2? Why a side of bread...with bread? For some reason, I chose it thinking it would be a different type of bread and I was wrong. A place that is literally named after bread has fewer choices of bread than a few years ago. Why is it so hard to add "1/2 sandwich" and they're really all that big to cut in half anyway. Why would any restaurant want their customers thinking this way about them? Everyone just stands around staring up at the menu because it is so confusing to know how to select something. The employees are impatient and force you to rush and pick things you may not want...In the end it's unappealing because it is lackluster and not "hot" as in fresh made and seems reheated. It's terrible for the price and...anything !
Of course I'll get a response like "We appreciate the comment and apologize that we didn't meet your expectation. We will use this to train someone else who doesn't want to work here"...like who really cares. You have 2 years and more of comments. You should be like the world's best "souperia" and "breadopolis", but that hasn't happened...and I'm not really coming back to check.
