  i went here for lunch ordered Dave's double stack with no pickles or tomato and a order of fries. my fries were cold and there was pickle and tomato's on my burger. I wont be coming back to this wendys.

  This location would be nice if they would get there quality check issues under control. I usually go in person but I can't these days because im injured so I doordash.... most of the time it's an issue cause they don't read instructions of details that people leave for instance....no bacon, or onions, pickles (things im allergic too) so I have to get a refund. Today I ordered a large order with fries and they gave me large frie container with the fries filled only at the bottom. They didn't even fill them up.... Quality check and attention to detail isn't hard, but people make it to be.

  Horrible experience. We always come to this location and usually like the food, which is why this was so disappointing. The service was really bad, mostly because of the attitude from a staff member named Janet. She was very rude and unhelpful, and gratitude was definitely not there at all. She made me feel uncomfortable for even asking simple questions. There’s no excuse for treating customers this way. Definitely disappointed.

  I’m writing to express my disappointment with my experience at your location last night around 12:00 AM. While I do order from this location often, I usually experience issues with food quality — just not to this extent. Last night was significantly worse than usual. I came through the drive-thru and ordered two meals. One meal was requested **plain** and had a label indicating that request, yet it was still made incorrectly with cheese on it. The second burger appeared to have been sitting for quite some time; the cheese was burnt, and the bun was extremely oily and soggy. Neither item seemed fresh. Additionally, both meals were thrown together in the same bag, which made the presentation and overall experience even worse. When I tried to call the store to address the issue, the manager hung up on me, which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Overall, this was a complete waste of money on food that was not made correctly, not fresh, and did not meet basic quality standards. Given that this is not the first time I’ve experienced quality issues here, I felt it was important to bring this to your attention. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made.
