Last week I did it at this subway and when I stopped to pick up at 1:20 pm I was met with a "be back in 5 minutes" sign. I waited for ten minutes and nobody showed up— I had to leave. The entire time I was looking through the window at my order which I placed 20 minutes before picking up. When I was pulling up to work I was finally able to reach somebody on the phone— I requested a refund, she refused to do that and told me to pick up after work (which was not possible since my shift was till 10pm). I will never order from this location again.
