- KCKatherine Cortez2 days ago2.0The food is always very mediocre, I think because the lady genuinely hates her job so she throws everything in the sandwich and doesn’t try to make them presentable. The service is bad, the lady is rude and very stand of-ish like she genuinely doesn’t care. Very unhelpful. I bought 2 bottled drinks and was charged extra for it but was given 2 fountain drinks and waved off. The atmosphere is bad. If you cannot have good customer service I don’t know why you’d get a job serving customers. Overall experience very bad, this is my closest subway but I will be traveling further to avoid this Subway. Very disappointed.

It was 8 PM Keep in mind they close at 9 PM I walk in, the first bit of floor that I saw when I walked in was not wet so I walked straight in. The first thing that The lady that were serving me told me was “I just mopped the floor. It was wet.” In a really aggressive tone, I apologized, but to my defense, there was no sign or anything that said that the floor was wet. I proceeded to order which I regret. I should’ve just left, and she was super rude when it came down to taking my order she would raise her voice at me And I honestly made me feel really uncomfortable I think that customer service is essential to food places like this, but unfortunately, this place has perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Please reconsider how you talk to people.
