- KCKatherine CortezJan 10, 20262.0The food is always very mediocre, I think because the lady genuinely hates her job so she throws everything in the sandwich and doesn’t try to make them presentable. The service is bad, the lady is rude and very stand of-ish like she genuinely doesn’t care. Very unhelpful. I bought 2 bottled drinks and was charged extra for it but was given 2 fountain drinks and waved off. The atmosphere is bad. If you cannot have good customer service I don’t know why you’d get a job serving customers. Overall experience very bad, this is my closest subway but I will be traveling further to avoid this Subway. Very disappointed.
