Main issue is the security at the door and the manager chose policy over costumer. So what happened exactly is after making a purchase I was heading towards the exit door and the security asked for the receipt and then gave an attitude about not showing him the receipt. And when I asked if I don't, he said don't come back here again. I asked for the manager and he led me to the one of the assistant managers and he the same thing, if you don't show receipt per policy and this is the policy than don't come back. I asked again and manager confirmed not to come back if you don't show receipt. I guess he's speaking for the company. Oh well others will have my business. Security is the main issue.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience specifically at this particular location The employees showed a complete lack of customer service skills and training. They falsely accused me of being with an individual who was shoplifting, simply because I said hello to them in passing. Despite me explaining that I did not enter the store with them, shop with them, or even know them, and showing them my empty bag, they refused to believe me. They continued to accuse me of lying and stealing, and then called the police to have me trespassed, even though I had done absolutely nothing wrong. This was a completely unwarranted and disrespectful interaction that showcases just how unprofessional and childish this store and all their employees are and continue to be. 2 huge thumbs down!! I just wish I had more thumbs so I could give them those turned down as well SMH
