Normally the self check out staff would help me complete transactions although it takes time. Today the female staff (in picture below) coldly refused me when the customer service desk was again closed (about 11 am). She yelled at me when I asked her for help: go to check out #4 ! When I asked her why can't she help me since staff on duty at self check out normally help my transactions. She again YELLED: check out #4!! and then gave me an angry look. I went to #4 and the friendly staff tried but it did not allow her to finish transaction. She then referred me to the Customer service desk which was closed (see picture below). We normally phurchase about $300 gift card weekly from Safeway and yet being treated poorly at this location constantly. This happened regularly and we will not return. Thank you for damaging the reputation of Safeway with your poorly trained staff. This is not my first time giving your mamagement the feedback yet it seems no improvememt has made so far.

Also they allow people to harass you with petitions as you walk into the store. They said their lawyers are trying to fix it but I suggest avoiding the store, if you care, until the issue is resolved.
