So I had a small cart with some heavy stuff in it and I'm going along and all the sudden bam the car completely locks up. I thought it was just something stuck in the wheel so fought it and tried to figure it out. Then I ended up basically dragging it to my pickup. Straining my wrist in the process. Then after my groceries were out I could see the the sign about the cart freezing up if it leaves the parking lot. Well, I was in the parking lot! So I think I'll be contacting management about my strained wrist because it really hurt it trying to drag that locked up cart to my car. Apparently you didn't test out the parking spots that are in your parking lot. Very very frustrating. And also I'm literally in the middle of the area where cars are trying to drive when this happens so they're stopping looking at me. And fortunately I was not ran over. And fortunately I didn't fall when the cart locked up unexpectedly.
