  The drive thru employee was UNBELIEVABLY rude to me! I ordered a LARGE breakfast meal with an orange juice and a caramel frappe with extra drizzle... I asked for the frappe BEFORE I asked for the large orange juice and was not given it when I pulled up to the window, so when I said I ordered one, I was told that she checked the order and it's correct, so if I wanted it, I had to pay for it. Her entire attitude and demeanor was SO RUDE and dismissive, didn't even offer an apology or anything, just insisted with this annoyed look that she knew the order was right without even checking anything... the problem is I asked for the LG caramel frappe BEFORE I asked for the LG orange juice... so how did my orange juice get on there and not my caramel frappe? Horrible customer Service, I have never had a problem until now with service here, I hope I NEVER see that employee again. Whoever was working the drive thru on 11/22 for the breakfast hours needs to seriously check her tone with customers. Oh and I almost forgot to mention I literally read my mobile app code as the very FIRST thing I said to the drive thru employee, and somehow it STILL didn't get added to my receipt... I'll also mention she didn't even ask if I was using it, I pulled up and all she said to me was "what are you ordering?" not "hello, may I take your order?" or "welcome to McDonald's, are you using our mobile app today/may I please take your order"? Please PLEASE retrain this employee, I have worked customer service for over a decade and THAT was one of the worst experiences I have had.

  Drive thru should be open at 5:30am on Saturday from what the window says and online. Stopped by today to get my team breakfast and I alongside 4 other people tried the drive thru. Employees in the building but nobody answered the loud speaker. Then I parked and called the location. Someone picked up the phone then hung it up. From where I was parked I could see the lady who was on her cellphone walk over to the phone and hung up. Then she went back to standing at the counter on her cellphone. While waiting in the parking lot (figured i would try the drive thru ar 6am) I saw several other people try to order with no luck.

  A little slow when it comes to getting your food when inside. Also the attitude of some could be nicer when dealing with customers.

  this mcdonald’s in kent is about a 50/50 there were time where i have received great customer service and fresh food, other times it was mediocre there are some sketchy people nearby at times but there’s not much they can do about it however, the food comes out on time and the pricing is better compared to one in kirkland overall, kind employees but the food can be sometimes not fresh nor hot

  Every time I go to this store there are some people outside either shooting up drugs or dealing drugs. There's homeless constantly around it. It makes me fear for the safety of myself and my family when we stop by here. It's allowing this unsafe environment, and because they take so little care in something so easy, I do not trust them to take care for the foods safety either.
