Store confirms orders are ready before they are made. Probably in competition with other branches of the chain. Does not go over well with delivery drivers trying to pick up an order.

Don’t go to this location, they treat paying customers like trash. Irene the night manager that I unfortunately met was so rude to me and did not treat me fairly as a paying customer.
I USUALLY swear by this location because they always have hot fries… and it’s closest to my house.
BUT last Thursday November 13th 2025 at 5pm I went through the drive through for my daughter, in between her practices, spent 10$ on food and asked for sauce…. They said that I’d have to pay, so I asked for the manager to confirm I had to pay for the one sauce packet that I was asking for. Manager came to window and said you have to pay for a sauce…….. I didn’t have any change on me and proceeded to pay with my phone and she informed me that they could not touch my phone, which they have at this location at the pick up window before, even though they can’t touch my phone.. at that point I was willing to pay and they were unable to provide me with 1 sauce for my young daughter. Not only did the manager not seem to want to help me but was completely rude to me even when I was willing to pay for 1 sauce she went on about how she couldn’t help me anymore and I needed to move my car and that it wasn’t her problem that I didn’t have any change and had to pay with my phone…… I work in customer care and never had to treat anyone they way she treated me in front of my young child. Before I could finish speaking to her she closed the window on my face and walked away. Never once did I raise my voice or be rude… I actually pled with her about the sauce because I was in a rush myself!
A manager probably should never act/ be rude and unreasonable the way she was or close the window on a paying customer.
The is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with this location this month. It’s actually really inconvenient as I am a busy mother with kids that do a ton of sports so their eatting in the go.
Save yourself the bad mood they put you in and the time it’ll take you to write a shitty review about your experience!

Order a Bacon Quarter pounder meal. Waited 23 mins to get my food. No one said 1 word to me except my order number. Burger wasn't even right burger in the correct box and raw in middle, fries stale as petrified wood. You charge prices same as a sit down yet you poison your customers. Manager probably the start to the problems their response "i dont have time for to take care of this" . This dumpster of a restaurant should just disappear. Cooks in back no gloves while handling food. Drivetru cashier going straight from touching money/cards to straight up food, no gloves no wash. Corporate needs to surprise visit this place. Im pissed no refund, no fix of my order wow McDonald's just wow. Won't be spending money at ANY McDonald's again.

My order came with no receipt and a side of dust bunnies last night. When I brought it in to the shop this morning for a refund, I was told they could not have cooked my food there, because it was too dark. As most people know, when food is left on heat longer than specified, it tends to get darker than usual. Friers also have their oil replaced on a regular basis. Gonna have to contact corporate about this nonsense.

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The lady who handed us our food had a horrible attitude — she literally snatched the bag from us, was laughing and being disrespectful, and couldn’t communicate properly at all. When we asked politely for fresh food because what we got was cold, she acted like it was a problem. If you’re paying for your meal, the least you deserve is basic respect and hot food. Definitely disappointed with the service and management for allowing that kind of behavior.
