  They didn’t give me my large coke that I ordered through the drive through and it was closed after I tried to get if fixed. I got a shamrock mcflurry instead of an oreo mcflurry which I didn’t want to eat. It was very slow and had to say hello 10 times before I got a response. Waste of my money and time. I politely request some compensation for this from McDonalds

  I am very saddened by the devolving nature of McDonalds customer service. Now, they do not have anyone greeting you, smiling, or welcoming you to the counter to order. They only allow ordering through kiosk. The people who are there are rude. I personally am shifting them from a regular fun spot to a 'drive through only' when really convenient' ... which is kinda sad. I used to enjoy a short experience with them. Thier new model makes them not a restaurant, but an automate from stupid 60's sci fi

  Ordered at 11:54 was told 12 minutes and I agreed to wait, it was nearly 1240 before I was given the pies. They pulled a refund at 1220. Idk what caused the delay. I'm pretty sure they pulled the refund before I went back through the drive-thru

  Door locked at 1030pm. Forcing people to use drive through. This is what happens when corporate can’t stand up to transients accessing their buildings. They treat us law abiding citizens the same way.
