  My sandwich is always really good- made well and with fresh ingredients. I would say the staff can be somewhat rude and short at times— they are of a younger generation so maybe that’s why… This is why I rated service low. But I still go here because the sandwiches are really good!

  Just had the best sub I have had in a couple years. JJ’s was always good but now that you can get it heated it’s amazing. Hunters club with Cheddar. Incredible!!! Employees are very friendly too.

  I absolutely love this Jimmy John’s, first and foremost The general manager is extraordinary! He really cares about his customers. I work down the street in the office of AAA corporate and sometimes have to order my food while teaching a class. I’ll never forget him calling me personally to tell me that they were swamped and that in order to get my food to me on time that they would pay UBER to bring it to me. I couldn’t believe he went so far out of his way to do that. I was so impressed I started going into the store instead of ordering delivery, and the employees were the same. They took time with my food. The store was clean. Bathrooms were clean Customer Service always on point. I literally could go on and on and on. People usually take more time to post negativity, but when there’s an opportunity to post something positive, we should take just as much time to do so. I just want say… Jimmy John’s on Main Street in Virginia Beach you guys set the bar and you rock and it’s appreciatedthank you so much for the great Customer Service that you all exemplify every single day.
