I was served my favorite pinakbet that was evidently cold from the top, like it came frozen and either it was microwaved or re-heated. It sucks because this is my favorite go-to place in the Seattle area. I told the server about it and while it was acknowledged, I had to ask them to just take the item away. Now it gave me an impression generalizing, if not all of their items, are all re-heated from one item. Time to look for a new go-to Pinoy for my pinakbet. Sucks coz they got the cooking down to a science, oh well

The food truly tasted like genuine Filipino home-cooked meals. We ordered porketa, pompano sinigang, lumpia, chicken BBQ, bangsilog, and halo-halo. Everything was delicious, but the porketa, a crispy pork belly lechon, was definitely the best among what we ordered. I highly recommend it if you ever go there. The servings were generous, and to my surprise, they even gave me a discount I wasn’t expecting. The ambience and service reflected that warm Filipino hospitality. It felt like being back home. They also have pastries, and we couldn’t resist trying the ube bread and cassava cake. Both were absolutely delicious. For those with dietary restrictions, it’s best to ask the staff about ingredients since some Filipino dishes may include soy sauce, fish sauce, or pork. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible which makes it a great spot for families. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Filipino food and hospitality.
