    When I placed my order online and the restaurant called to say they couldn't fulfill my original order and offered a replacement instead. When I asked if the price could be adjusted, they said they couldn't change it. The replacement item had a significantly lower price, yet I was still charged the original amount. The person I spoke to was Jen. She was not accommodating at all! This felt unfair and disappointing. I will not be ordering from this place no more.

    Lets be honest the food here is embarrassing and not a good representation of filipino food. Do better and stop being cheap with portions and the quality of the food.

    Jen is Amazing!!! I wanted to try their food but did not know what to order. Jen took the time to explain the items and figure out what I like and from that then suggested items. I was blown away by her help and you can see the love she has for her job and serving the customers.

    I like Fil-cuisine and if I have cravings for Filipino food I always go there And the last time we were there and it was first time to ordered crispy kare-kare(no oxtail available) The crispy meat which I believe was lechon kawali the slices were so big and fatty. And doesnt taste like kare-kare. Im a little bit disappointed. Sorry!
