  Terribly run and not worth the time. I’ve been to El Pollo Loco in 5 states and this is the worst location I’ve ever witnessed. Apparently corporate no longer has limes, nor do they have Black beans, nor salsa bar that we’ve grown accustomed to in other locations. I would have been able to overlook all of that. If there had been good enough service. The place seems chaotic and does not appear to have sound leadership. If customer services is important to you avoid this place.

  El Pollo loco isn't what it was in the 80's. I was so happy about an El pollo loco in Washington. I drove to Kent. I grew up on El Pollo Loco in 80's as a kid. Boy was I disappointed. The food doesn't taste the same. It had more flavor back then. The chicken, rice, and beans were ok. I did some research they have change the recipe since then.

  I had a great experience here! Mimi’s customer service was truly on point. I’m not sure if she’s the floor manager or not, but she definitely carries herself like one. She was welcoming, attentive, and even gave me some recommendations which honestly turned out to be one of the best choices. Everything was delicious! Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back. I’m happy to say you’ve gained a regular customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Ordered the 8 piece chicken at 6 pm. Wait time was meh but to be expected at dinner rush. Smallest and driest pieces of chicken we have eaten in a while. Not 100% sold on the “flavor”. Over all pretty bland. Honestly- get more chicken, with better flavor/moisture profile for the cost from Costco. Won’t rush to go back.

  I went here today at 10:30 am to see what the hype was about this Mexican restaurant...I got a chicken crispy shell bowl and my grilled chicken was dry and no flavor rice have no flavor. I also purchased a small mac and cheese for $4.99 please save your money on their mac and cheese it's nothing but mush there's nothing special about the mac and cheese it's just nacho cheese sauce on top of some noodles mixed around... So when I went back for a refund or for a new meal the thing I was told was my meal didn't come with a drink that was not my fault I assumed it did and they handed me a cup earlier.... They also refused to look up my receipt to see that I spent $20 with them so yes I got a new meal but they still got an extra $5.99 from me because I wasn't refunded for the remainder of my original bill.. the only thing the manager could remember is that his employee handed me a free cup and he seem to be upset about that as if he was making sure he remembers me from getting a free cup I did not know my meal didn't come with a drink so they should have never handed it to me... Please do not waste your money here I'm going to try my new meal and let y'all know how that came out...I plan to let everyone know not to go there nothing authentic about this place hope they enjoy that money from first getting here it will slow down because we all don't want that dry chicken and no flavor sides...so here is my second order after I was told I ate to much to get a new order which was false I also won't be eating this dry chicken either
